FCNV_RESET_TIMEKEY

Reset timestamp autokeys to current time

WTSupported in traditional Synergy on Windows
WNSupported in Synergy .NET on Windows
USupported on UNIX

The FCNV_RESET_TIMEKEY environment variable overrides the fconvert utility's default behavior of resetting only sequence autokeys when running with the -ak option.

Value

1.

Discussion

The fconvert -ak option generates new autokey values for sequence autokeys only, unless FCNV_RESET_TIMEKEY is set. This restriction is in place because resetting a timestamp key to the current time might not be desirable, especially when both sequence and timestamp keys are present in the file. However, you can set FCNV_RESET_TIMEKEY to override this behavior and allow timestamp keys to be reset to the current time if needed.
