Specifying Selection Criteria

Selection criteria enable you specify that only certain records be included in your report. For example, you might want to create a report of only customers with overdue balances or only customers with balances greater than a certain amount. You can combine the use of question fields (see “Creating a question field”) with selection criteria to allow users to specify criteria when running the report.
